Can I buy the watches on account (invoice)?
For people with a Swiss citizenship and after a credit assesment, which takes place automatically if you choose the payment option “invoice” during the checkout process, yes. Together with our partner for payments, Bob Finance, we offer people living in Switzerland the possibility to buy the watch(s) on account. You have the option of paying the invoice in one go or in three instalments, within 90 days. You can select the corresponding option “purchase on account” on the payment page. If this does not work for some reason, please contact us via the chat window at the bottom right of the screen or send an email to info@kekowatches.com

How does a “financing” purchase work?
In addition to the purchase on account (invoice), people with a Swiss citizenship and after a credit assessment, do have the option to finance orders with a value of 1’000.00 Swiss Francs or more, in 12 equal monthly instalments and with 0% interest. If you would like to take advantage of this possibility and would like to apply for it, please contact us by e-mail at info@kekowatches.com

 

Who is my contact person?
Thanks to the attractive payment and financing options offered by Bob Finance, our Swiss Made automatic watches are more affordable. The invoice is issued by Bob Finance AG, a branch of Valora Schweiz AG. In any case, the contact persons remain us, the Zahnd & Kormann GmbH (LLC).

Where do you deliver to?
We ship our KeKo watches worldwide.


How do you deliver the watches?
Your watches are packed in stabile boxes and shipped by regular mail. Additional shipping options are available during the payment process.

 

Can I send my watch back if I don’t like it?
Yes you can. You can send your watch back within 14 days after you have received it. As soon as your watch arrives back on our site we will check it and if everything is ok with the watch, we will refund you your money. No questions asked.

How does the after-sales service and warranty work?
All watches we manufacture come with a three-year international warranty. If a watch is defective, please contact us (info@kekowatches.com) to discuss the further procedure and a possible return shipment.

What defects are not covered by the warranty?
Damage caused by improper, excessive or unusual use.

How do you deal with my datas?
